Adventure Forest LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of Adventure Forest Limited based in the UK and operates more than a dozen zip line adventure parks throughout the United States. Tobin & Company developed a comprehensive buyers list and contacted 114 buyers for its client. TOBIN’s process led to a restructuring of GoApe in the US, including a new outside investor and a new CEO, allowing the company to remain as a subsidiary of the UK parent.
