While our practice and experience has diversified into other industries at the request of our clients, we still emphasize this exciting and dynamic space. The Firm tends to specialize in serving smaller software companies that have transitioned from client server to Software As A Service (SaaS), as well as companies that meet unique and focused needs of specialized customers. Our technology clients themselves serve many industries, including the construction, telecommunications and hospitals.

Our clients tend to be founder-owned and operated, sometimes with investors who support the company at a minority ownership level. To serve them, we have extensive relationships throughout the middle-market financial-sponsor community and communicate frequently with the buyers and investors who are most committed to the space. We also have broad knowledge of the corporate buyers in the industry and their specific acquisition and corporate development initiatives.
