TOBIN served as the Managing Broker-Dealer (MBD) in connection with a private placement supporting a joint venture investment in the redevelopment of Glen Lennox, a large-scale, multi-phase residential and mixed-use community in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
The transaction was structured as a joint venture alongside an institutional capital partner, with proceeds deployed toward the continued transformation and repositioning of the Glen Lennox property. The offering formed part of a broader, programmatic capital strategy supporting phased redevelopment across the site.
As MBD, TOBIN oversaw the offering and the issuer’s processes related to U.S. securities laws with a focus on disclosure integrity, investor suitability, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities included due diligence, review, comment and approval of offering materials, review and approval of all investors, and ongoing support of the capital raise.
